7-Day Detox Diet
The 7-Day Detox Diet is a weight-loss program designed to help you lose 10 or more pounds in a short time span.
Here are the steps for the 7-day detox diet:
- On the first day, eat only fruit and fruit juices for then entire day. Eat as much fruit as desired, but do NOT eat bananas.
- On the second day, eat only vegetables and vegetable soup.
- On the third day, eat both vegetables and fruit (combine the rules of days 1 and 2).
- On the fourth day, eat exclusively 5 bananas, five glasses of milk, and nothing else except water.
- On the fifth day, eat 4 pieces (less or equal to 3 ounces a piece) of chicken, beef, or fish and limitless green vegetables.
- On the sixth and seventh days, duplicate day 5.
